We look forward to seeing all attendees at the 15th National HBCUs Business Deans Roundtable Summit. The information below outlines arrangements made for meeting participants.

Registration:

The Summit is of no cost to participants whose Roundtable dues are currently up-to-date. Please submit this registration form by May 1, 2017 to confirm your attendance and hotel reservation

Event Duration:
The Summit begins on Thursday, June 1, 2017 with attendee registration from 3:00 to 5:30 p.m. at the AEI and ends at 12:00 noon, Saturday, June 4, 2017

Attire:
Suggested dress is business casual.

Hotel:
Check-in and check-out
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM

Reservations:

The Roundtable will fund a two night stay only for registered members whose dues are current. By returning this form you are also confirming your hotel reservation for the summit as follows:

arriving on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. check-in time and departing on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. check-out.
