The Summit is of no cost to participants whose Roundtable dues are currently up-to-date. Please submit this registration form by APRIL 30, 2015 to confirm your attendance and hotel reservation
The Summit begins on Thursday, June 4, 2015 with attendee registration from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the hotel and ends at 12:00 noon, Saturday, June 6, 2015
Suggested dress is business casual.

The Roundtable will fund a two night stay only for registered members whose dues are current. By returning this form you are also confirming your hotel reservation for the summit as follows: arriving on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. check-in time and departing on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. check-out. Any additions to your stay outside of these dates may be arranged by contacting the Royal Sonesta New Orleans Hotel.
