The Summit is of no cost to participants whose Roundtable dues are currently up-to-date. Please submit this registration form by APRIL 30, 2016 to confirm your attendance and hotel reservation
The Summit begins on Thursday, June 2, 2016 with attendee registration from 3:00 to 5:30 p.m. at the hotel and ends at 12:00 noon, Saturday, June 4, 2016
Suggested dress is business casual.

The Roundtable will fund a two night stay only for registered members whose dues are current. By returning this form you are also confirming your hotel reservation for the summit as follows:
